We know that a safe, stable home is at the core of success for school-aged children, however early childhood education is also a key component of short-term and long-term benefits for children. Children who attend high-quality early childhood education programs are more ready to learn by the time they enter Kindergarten, are better socially and emotionally prepared to adjust to classroom settings, demonstrate greater cognitive abilities, and are more likely to succeed in school.
